“Peace is our real nature. We spoil it. What is required is that we stop spoiling it. We are not going to create peace anew. For instance, originally there is nothing but space in a room. We fill it up with various objects. If we want space, all we need do is to remove all those objects, and we get space. In the same way, if we remove all the rubbish, all the thoughts, from our minds, peace will appear. What is obstructing the peace has to be removed. Peace is the only reality.”
Sri Ramana Maharshi
The courage to live is the courage to love your life, the way it is, the way you walk towards your heart. Dare to be yourself, the alternative is a dormant hypnotic existence that is nothing less than a frozen hell in oblivion. Come dance with me if you are already planted on my way. Nothing grows by accident and everything has the possibility of blooming. Come to spring and let us blossom and make this a glorious world with every creative fiber of our being… For we were created to create the Good, the Beautiful, and our honestly original version of the Divine!

Here’s an NY Times article on the founder: ”Meditation for the Rushed“
Your thoughts create the world you see, and the people you see in it. Whatever you think about a person or situation, that is what it will become in your eyes. For someone else, the experience could be completely different–each person living and seeing their own world of thought.
Most don’t understand that they have this much power or responsibility for their experience, especially when it comes to the problems and stresses in their life. They truly believe that discords start out there–as someone else or something else. But it’s a confusion that can be easily corrected. Come to understand that if you experience a problem, upset, or distaste for anyone or anything, it is beginning within you, as what you are thinking and believing. The good news is that it can also end with you. While you’ve been looking outside for us to change or the world to change, the truth is that you’re the one you’ve been waiting for. The change starts with you, as you take responsibility for and reconsider the value and truth of any thought that would cause an experience less than love and peace.
So when you think we’ve wronged you, or you think that we are too big, small, lazy, crazy, judgmental, lost, or otherwise imperfect, know that these are your thoughts projected onto us. And we are not your thoughts. We mirror your thoughts, and those are 100% your responsibility.
Each of us is precious beyond any measure that can be held in thought, so if you are experiencing someone (including yourself) as less than that, there is still work to be done. And know that, “As you live deeper in the Heart, the mirror gets clearer and cleaner.” – Rumi
Beneath
the cloud cover
of our thoughts
lies within
an everpresent
Light.
As we come
to reside
less and less
in the clouds,
we fall into
the realization that
we
are
the Light–
in front of which
all appears.
